Holly Petty

With over 20-years in public education, I have led with a servant-first mindset, focused on sharing actionable resources, instructional expertise, and collaborative support with educators, communities, and school leaders. Throughout my career, I have remained deeply committed to driving student achievement, instructional excellence, and sustainable school improvement. I currently serve as a Literacy Coach with Northwest Georgia RESA, partnering with educators to strengthen literacy planning and instruction.

Across my roles from the school-level to district-level, my work remained focused on curriculum implementation, data-driven assessment strategies, staff development, and building collaborative school cultures that meaningfully engage staff, families, and community stakeholders.

I married my high school sweetheart in 2004, and we currently live in Polk County with our two sons.
