For over two decades, I’ve dedicated my career to transforming classrooms and elevating student achievement. I earned a B.S. in Child Development and a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) in Curriculum and Instruction, which provided a strong foundation for my work in education. I have spent my career teaching at the primary level, developing expertise in foundational literacy and early childhood instruction, as well as serving as a support specialist and academic coach—partnering with teachers to strengthen instructional practices and improve student outcomes.

In my current role as a Regional Literacy Coach, I provide literacy leadership, professional learning, and instructional support across multiple schools and districts. I hold a dyslexia endorsement and am certified in Orton-Gillingham and LETRS for Administrators, reflecting my commitment to evidence-based literacy instruction. I reside in Cartersville with my husband and son, and I enjoy spending my free time at the lake, camping, and attending sporting events with my family.
